Items are normally shipped within 1 to 3 business from the day the order is placed (orders ship from Athens). At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. Our shipping service is handled by Geniki Taxydromiki.
Shipping to Greece
For the city of Athens and the region of Attica, next -business- day delivery (from the day of shipment) is available and used as our standard shipping method.
Deliveries can also take place to the extended land and island network available by Geniki Taxydromiki all over Greece. In that case, your order is estimated to arrive at your place in 1-3 business days after its shipment.
Free shipping is offered for all orders shipped to Greece.
Shipping to Cyprus
Orders to Cyprus are estimated to be delivered in 2-4 business days after shipment.
For orders below 110.00€ the cost is 15.00€.
Free shipping is offered for orders to Cyprus above 110.00€.
Countries we currently ship to cover the majority of international destinations around the world. If you live outside Greece or Cyprus and you would like to place an order, please contact us for specific delivery cost estimation.
Transit time for international shipments inside the E.U. is 5-7 business days on average (excluding Cyprus and Malta), while for other countries it may exceed those. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs charges that may occur to countries outside the E.U.

Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s).
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
